Qualifications
- Valid SLP license in your state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current CCC-SLP certification.
- SLP experience preferred; new grads welcome.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across ages.
- Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document in EMR.
- Educate patients and families on strategies and home exercises.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
- Maintain safe, infection-controlled treatment environments.
- Engage in QA and professional development activities.
