Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in Laconia, NH. This 12-week role is 32 hours per week, with a day shift (8 hours) in an acute care setting. Immediate opening; 1 year of experience preferred, ASHA certification and BLS required.

Travel-ready SLPs will evaluate and treat patients with speech, voice, or swallowing impairments, develop care plans, and document progress in compliance with state and payer guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience; new grads encouraged to apply.
• BLS and ASHA-SLP national certification with state licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Create treatment and therapy plans for diverse patient populations.
• Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
• Educate patients and families about speech disorders and causes.
• Report progress to families, teachers, or medical professionals.
• Provide documentation following state and insurance guidelines.
