TotalMed Allied seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in New London, NH. The role is 40 hours weekly, dayshift, with a travel employment type. The SLP will diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders, and develop patient-centered therapy plans.

New grads may apply; requires ASHA-SLP certification, BLS, and state licensure, with 1 year preferred and 6 months acceptable for exceptional candidates. Weekly pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience required; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Must have BLS and ASHA-SLP National Certification with state-specific licensing.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Create treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients.
• Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
• Educate patients and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events.
• Report progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines.
