Qualifications

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; document progress in the patient record.
• Perform bedside swallow evaluations, manage dysphagia, and screen for aspiration risk; coordinate with nursing staff and dietitians.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support discharge planning and patient goals; communicate with families as appropriate.
• Monitor patient response to therapy, adjust goals and frequency as needed, and prepare progress notes and reports.

Requirements
