Qualifications

• Active state license required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• 1+ year clinical SLP experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a long‑term care setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and travel to assignment location.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders; develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide dysphagia management and therapy, including swallowing assessments and compensatory strategies as appropriate.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of older adults in a LTC setting.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize communication, nutrition, and overall resident care.
• Document evaluations, goals, treatment plans, and progress notes; contribute to discharge planning and family education.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, facility policies, and documentation requirements.
