Job summary

Trueline seeks a Site Superintendent to lead field operations across environmental remediation, heavy earthwork, and site restoration. This travel‑based leadership role covers the Midwest and Central U.S., supervising crews and subcontractors from mobilization through completion.

You will review plans, manage safety, production, and scheduling, and maintain daily reports while coordinating equipment, personnel, and materials. A long‑term path into Project Management is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in environmental remediation or related construction.
• Proven field leadership supervising crews and subcontractors.
• Strong heavy earthwork and excavation operations.
• Ability to travel extensively and stay onsite for extended assignments.
• Ability to read construction plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations across environmental remediation, heavy earthwork, excavation, demolition, and site restoration.
• Supervise crews of approximately 10 employees, equipment operators, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and daily production activities.
• Lead soil excavation, grading, backfill, compaction, and hazardous material handling.
• Review plans and site conditions to align with scope and schedule.
• Maintain daily safety expectations and health plans; produce site reports.
