Job summary

Simplex Hires LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental Remediation Construction Superintendent to lead field execution on U.S. projects. This is a travel-based role requiring boots-on-the-ground leadership, safety focus, and accountability on remote work sites.

You will partner with the Project Manager to direct crews, equipment, sequencing, and safety, ensuring schedules and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality field documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in environmental remediation or related field supervision.
• Experience as a superintendent or senior foreman on remediation projects.
• Strong knowledge of soil and groundwater remediation methods.
• Experience with remediation-system components and field operations.
• Ability to lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and manage field logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on environmental remediation projects across the U.S.
• Serve as on-site senior representative and partner to the Project Manager.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise crews, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Maintain health & safety plans, field documentation, and progress reports.
• Read plans and execute against specifications, permits, and drawings.
• Travel to remote project sites and build strong client and team relationships.
• Mentor field personnel and drive a disciplined, productive site culture.
