ENTACT, LLC is seeking a Field Project Manager (Superintendent) to oversee on-site operations for environmental, civil, and geotechnical projects across the United States. The role requires coordinating craft workers, subcontractors, and clients, with a focus on safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Significant travel, up to 80%+, is expected, with per diem and trips home provided. Candidates should have strong leadership, readiness to travel, and the ability to communicate and report

Qualifications

• Ability to use a computer and common software including Word, Excel, Email and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to conduct onsite meetings with clients, subcontractors, and personnel.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, budgets, safety and HR policies.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring all personnel comply with ENTACT safety standards and programs.
• Ensuring implementation and quality of project plans.
• Maintaining effective schedule and cost control methods.
• Detailed planning and coordination of work two weeks in advance.
• Leading on-site meetings with project staff, subcontractors, and clients.
• Maintaining accurate daily field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence.
