You will manage domestic and international itineraries, leveraging Sabre GDS, and uphold travel policy while collaborating with teammates to meet client needs and performance metrics.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues quickly in a 24/7 Traveler Care environment

Qualifications

• 5 years of travel industry experience, with fares and ticketing knowledge.
• Proactive client service mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to resolve issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate customers.
• Book domestic and international business travel across air, rail, and hotel.
• Utilize Sabre GDS to complete reservations.
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide proactive travel advice and upsell services within policy.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and KPIs.
