Job summary

Aura Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based travel position. You will work with students, teachers, and parents to provide comprehensive speech and language services that support students’ academic and social development.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing IEPs, delivering direct therapy, monitoring progress, and training staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• State SLP license.
• ASHA CCC certification.
• Prior experience in school settings, early childhood, or pediatrics.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Deliver direct therapy in individual and group settings.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Train and support staff on integrating speech therapy goals into classroom activities.
