Job summary
AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in Centreville, Maryland. The SLP will support a school district with comprehensive speech and language services for students.
Responsibilities include assessments, IEP development, direct therapy in individual and group settings, progress monitoring, and collaboration with teachers and parents to integrate therapy goals into classrooms. Start date 10/01/2026 for 12 weeks.
Qualifications
- Speech/Language Pathologist, School – New Grad accepted.
- License: SLP-MD; Master’s degree in SLP or related field.
- State SLP license in the State of residence and CCC from ASHA.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement IEP goals for students with speech needs.
- Deliver direct therapy in individual and group settings.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Train teachers and staff on integrating therapy goals in the classroom.
