Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Pass the NPTE and hold an active MD PT license.
• Experience in school-based PT is a plus.
• Strong communication with students, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students.
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services as required.
• Document treatment and billing per district/state standards.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support student mobility.
• Travel assignments may vary in duration and site requirements.
