Qualifications

• Minimum one year's experience
• Current CPR certification
• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and provide direct patient care to assess medical condition and functional capabilities.
• Develop and administer a treatment program with goals determined by capacity and tolerance; document the patient's condition and educate patients and families.
