Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in the United States seeks motivated sales professionals to join our front-line team at our luxury resort locations. You will conduct face-to-face presentations, build rapport with prospective owners, and close transactions using proven techniques.

During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $20.00 plus commissions; after training, compensation is commission-based with a draw against the minimum wage. No travel beyond the home site area.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred
• Maintain production standards
• Overcome objections in a luxury sales cycle
• Energetic, outgoing, tenacious
• No travel outside home site area
• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations at sales centers
• Establish rapport with prospective and current owners
• Articulate benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure
• Generate sales through initial transactions and closing
• No cold calling; leads provided by the company
• Attend ongoing sales and career training
• Assist other sales reps with closing and coaching
