Product Manager – Mobile Applications

Scottsdale, AZ

We’re seeking a driven Product Manager with strong experience in consumer-facing mobile applications (iOS & Android) to lead the development and optimization of the end-to-end experience for customers and travelers. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to define the product roadmap, translate customer needs into solutions, define success metrics, and ensure our platform evolves to meet the demands of a growing market.

Responsibilities
  • Define and articulate a clear product strategy that aligns with company goals and customer needs.
  • Use data, research, and market insights to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that communicates priorities and progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to prioritize and deliver high‑quality features.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enable successful product launches.
  • Define clear, actionable requirements for new features and improvements through user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage product development from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery of high‑impact initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance post‑launch, using data to iterate and improve.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their needs and advocating for solutions.
  • Build relationships with users and gather insights to inform product direction.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience focused on mobile app development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver successful digital products or features.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a user‑centric approach to product development.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
Nice to Have
  • MBA or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in travel, logistics, or workforce solutions industries.
  • Knowledge of travel or accommodation management challenges.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
