Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Baltimore, Maryland. This role supports adult critical care and emergency department patients at LBH Sinai Hospital, with a 12-hour night shift and a 13-week assignment.

The position requires a Maryland license and ACLS/BLS certifications, with 3+ years of experience. CRT candidates with 5 years of experience may be considered. 36 hours per week with potential weekend coverage is included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Respiratory Therapy experience.
• Experience in adult critical care and emergency department settings required.
• RRT certification preferred; CRT candidates with 5 years of experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to adult critical care and emergency department populations.
• Perform airway management including extubation, intubation assistance, suctioning, and tracheostomy care.
• Manage ventilator settings and troubleshoot alarms for BiPAP, CPAP, SIMV, and mechanical ventilation.
• Conduct chest physiotherapy and arterial blood gas collection and interpretation.
• Assist with bronchoscopy support and sputum specimen collection.
