Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a travel assignment in Austell, GA. Start date 10/19/2026 for 13 weeks, nights, 12-hour shifts. Role focuses on ventilator management, critical care support, and independent clinical decision-making.

The candidate should hold GA license eligibility and preferably an RRT certification, with experience in critical care settings. Housing and relocation resources are provided where available.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in GA or eligibility.
• RRT certification preferred.
• Experience in critical care with ventilator management.
• Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts in a hospital setting.
• Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy in high-acuity and critical care areas, including ventilator management.
• Administer prescribed therapies and evaluate-and-treat based on patient needs.
• Provide patient and family education, coordinate activities, and support staff development.
• Participate in education of new staff and ongoing professional development.
• Document care accurately, ensure patient safety, and adhere to clinical protocols.
