Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Albany, GA. Night shifts are 12 hours, with 36 hours weekly. RRT certification and critical care experience are required, including adult intubation competency.

Unit based in a 300+ bed hospital using MEDITECH, with Servo ventilators. Travel position with housing stipends and benefits offered by American Traveler.

Qualifications

• RRT certification and at least 2 years of critical care experience.
• Must be comfortable performing adult intubations as a codes first responder.
• Experience with ventilator management and reading ABGs is required.

Responsibilities

• Nebulizer treatments and airway management.
• Ventilator management and ABG collection.
• Use Vapotherm, BiPAP, and CPAP where appropriate.
• Chest physiotherapy and bedside PFTs.
