Ideal Building Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Lead to oversee on-site roofing operations on a full-time travel basis. This role rotates 30 days on-site with 5 days off, requiring willingness to travel extensively and manage field crews to meet project milestones.

You will enforce OSHA safety policies, supervise trade teams, coordinate plans, and ensure quality control while maintaining documentation and client communications.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 7-10+ years of experience in commercial roofing, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage on-site roofing operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Coordinate daily work plans, task assignments, and crew leadership.
• Monitor production to ensure schedule milestones and daily goals are achieved.
• Enforce OSHA safety policies and ensure proper PPE use and fall protection.
• Submit accurate daily reports and communicate updates to PM and Operations Team.
