JRC: Nationwide Commercial Roofing and Construction is seeking a Traveling Roofing Supervisor to oversee on-site operations and manage prequalified traveling subcontractor crews across the country.

This full-time role requires 90% travel, strong leadership, safety and quality adherence, and the ability to coordinate nationwide job sites with internal teams. Eligible candidates earn a competitive hourly wage with a $40/day per diem and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial roofing crews.
• Willingness to travel 90% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise traveling subcontractor crews on multiple sites.
• Travel nationwide up to 90% and coordinate with internal teams.
• Ensure site safety, work quality, and adherence to project specs.
• Conduct site inspections and final walk-throughs with property managers.
• Submit daily and weekly job reports and required documentation.
• Manage on-site materials and coordinate with internal teams.
• Represent JRC professionally and uphold company values and standards.
