American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking a Travel RN for a Telemetry-Stepdown assignment in Weirton, West Virginia. The role requires 2 years’ Stepdown/PCU experience and proficiency with cardiac drips and telemetry monitoring. The position features 12-hour shifts (7a-7p) with a 36-hour workweek and a 13-week assignment.

Candidates must hold an active WV or compact RN license and current BLS/ACLS. No housing is specified; local residency within 50 miles is noted for consideration.

Qualifications

• Active WV or compact RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of Stepdown/PCU experience required.
• Comfortable with telemetry strip interpretation and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring and drip titration for stepdown-level patients.
• Interpret telemetry strips and monitor cardiac rhythms.
• Titrate drips such as cardizem, amio, nitro, heparin, dopamine, dobutamine, and angiomax as needed.
