• Care for complex surgical and medical patients, including those on ventilators, high flow, and BiPAP.
• Cases include trauma, general surgery, thoracic surgery, kidney transplants, and Whipple procedures.
• AM shift schedule of 3x12-hour shifts (07:00-19:30), 36 hours per week.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Deliver care to patients with highly complex surgical and medical needs within an ICU stepdown setting.
