Responsibilities

• Provide RN care in the IMC Stepdown unit with continuous monitoring.
• Manage ventilator care, tracheostomy care, telemetry, and IV infusions as needed.
• Assess patient conditions and implement care plans during the assignment.
• Collaborate with night shift team to ensure patient safety and care quality.
