Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Registered Nurse traveler in Virginia to provide high-quality care in a Stepdown/Intermediate Care Unit. The role requires comprehensive nursing skills, a Virginia RN license, and certifications (ACLS, BLS, NIHSS).

You will work day shifts on a 14-week temporary assignment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. The candidate should have EPIC documentation experience and at least 2 years of bedside RN experience in stepdown/ICU settings.

Qualifications

• RN degree required (ADN/BSN/MSN).
• Valid RN license to practice in Virginia.
• Current ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications.
• At least 2 years of bedside RN experience in STEP DOWN/INTERMEDIATE CARE UNIT.
• EPIC documentation system experience required.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care using the nursing process.
• Conduct assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care, teaching, health promotion and evaluation.
• Provide nursing care in the Stepdown / Intermediate Care Unit on day shifts.
• Work as a registered nurse traveler on a 14-week temporary assignment.
