Job summary
Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments in Fargo, ND. The RN will provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, and contribute to care planning and patient education.
The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in the practice state; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Strong clinical competencies and multi-disciplinary teamwork are essential.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required; Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
- Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized patient care.
- Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- Plans and coordinates care, conducts patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
