Sanford in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care within the travel staffing program. You will perform nursing assessments, implement care plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license (state where practice occurs) and/or multi-state licensure if applicable.
• Obtain and maintain required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Plan, triage and coordinate care, plus patient education and follow-up.
