American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Rehab RN for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Wisconsin. Candidates must have an active WI or Compact RN license and at least 2 years of RN experience, with rehab and med-surg background.

The position features a night shift (6:00 PM–7:30 AM) with every-other-weekend requirements, and Epic EHR experience is used for patient care. Travel eligibility applies for those living 60+ miles away.

Responsabilités

• Work in a 40-bed IRF within Rehab Nursing unit.

• Call in promptly if unable to work.
• Uses Epic EHR system.
• Provide care within CARF-accredited program.
• Deliver intensive rehab as part of multidisciplinary team.
• Must reside >60 miles from facility for travel eligibility.
• Not eligible if previously worked as permanent LifePoint staff in last 12 months.
• Do not hold another full-time job.

American Traveler is hiring a Rehab RN for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, requiring an active WI or compact RN license and 2 years of experience.

Requirements

• Experience in rehab and med-surg settings required
• Experience with skilled nursing preferred
• Comfortable treating common diagnoses such as stroke, amputation, and med-surg conditions
• AHA certifications required
• Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Work in a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital (IRF) within the Rehab Nursing unit
• Patient population includes individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
• Night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Must call in as soon as possible or at least 3 hours before shift start if unable to work
• Uses Epic EHR system
• Provide nursing care within a CARF-accredited inpatient rehab program specializing in stroke, comprehensive integrated rehabilitation, and amputation care
• Deliver individualized, intensive rehabilitation services as part of a multidisciplinary care team
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel assignment
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Must not be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis
