Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Inpatient Rehabilitation unit in Texas. This contract covers a 13‑week assignment with night shifts (18:45–07:15) and requires an active Texas or compact RN license.

You’ll provide direct patient care, implement care plans, and coordinate discharge planning in a 15-bed post-acute rehab setting. Local candidates may receive a reduced rate under the radius rule.

Qualifications

• Active TX or compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Current license and primary source verification via Nursys within 30 days prior to start

Responsibilities

• Work in a 15-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation unit within a Post Acute-Acute Rehabilitation setting
• 13-week assignment with night shift hours from 18:45 to 07:15
• Provide direct patient care, implement care plans, and coordinate discharge planning
• Coordinate discharge needs as part of daily patient care responsibilities
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced pay rate
• Must provide a US Social Security Number and US home address for consideration
