Job summary

FirstChoice at Trinity Health offers premium compensation and maximum flexibility for Registered Nurses in a mobile staffing program. You’ll work on short and long‑term assignments across the health system, with nationwide and regional opportunities available.

Reputable travel nursing roles allow floating to multiple locations and shift patterns, with daily pay options and license/certification reimbursements. A flexible schedule supports diverse life needs and regional travel.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
