Job summary

FirstChoice by Trinity Health is seeking experienced RNs for its mobile staffing program. RNs are deployed to fill short or long-term assignments across the health system, offering nationwide and regional opportunities.

Position emphasizes premium compensation and maximum scheduling flexibility, with on-site and travel opportunities, and a focus on quality patient care within diverse hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s) of practice.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials per specialty area (ACLS, TNCC, etc); BLS/ACLS/PALS via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Apply standard nursing process: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within licensure and scope.
• Delegate, decide and own outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and diverse environments.
• Embrace cultural differences and competing priorities.
