Job summary
Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for flexible Part-time assignments across MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center and nearby facilities in Iowa. This mobile staffing program offers 12-hour day shifts with premium pay and flexible scheduling to fit your life.
As an RN, you will float across units as needed, apply the nursing process, and collaborate with care teams to maintain high-quality, patient-centered care. Travel per diem opportunities are also available.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- RN licensure valid in applicable state(s) of practice.
- Credentials per specialty area (ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS/ACLS/PALS must be AHA approved.
Responsibilities
- Float across hospital locations/regions as needed.
- Apply standard nursing process: Assess, Outcomes Identification & Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
- Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve care quality and outcomes.
- Adapt to new responsibilities and changing priorities.
- Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing priorities.
