Trinity Health's FirstChoice mobile staffing solution seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for flexible, part-time assignments across the health system. You may float across units and locations, with premium pay and a day shift option.

The MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center, Iowa opening offers a starting point ASAP, 3x12-hour days, and a weekly gross rate of $2,800. Travel or per diem opportunities accompany a variety of practice settings and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU; 2 years for all other specialties.
• Credentialing per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS/ACLS/PALS must be through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital and regions as needed.
• Apply standard nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Work independently within license and scope of practice.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and diverse care settings.
