Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for flexible part-time mobile staffing across the system. RNs may float to multiple hospital locations and regions, supporting professional practice and patient care with standard nursing processes.

At MercyOne Clinton Medical Center, IA, start ASAP. Night shift, 3x12, 13 weeks, gross weekly rate $2,700. FirstChoice offers premium pay, travel and per diem opportunities, and license/certification reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18 months of recent Med/Surg, Telemetry, or PCU experience.
• 2+ years in other specialties (Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health).
• BLS, ACLS, PALS credentials per specialty via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Apply standard nursing process: Assess, Identify Outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Work independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement.
• Embrace new ideas and manage competing priorities.
