Job summary
Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its mobile staffing solution. This part-time role supports short and long-term assignments across MercyOne New Hampton Medical Center, IA, with 12-hour day shifts and a premium weekly rate.
RNs must hold an accredited nursing degree, current state license, and meet specialty credentials. FirstChoice offers flexible scheduling, travel/per diem opportunities, and ongoing learning within a supportive hospital network.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- RN licensure in applicable state(s).
- Minimum 18 months recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU; 2+ years for other specialties.
- Credential requirements per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc).
Responsibilities
- Float throughout hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
- Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate.
- Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
- Maintain accountability for delegation and decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to quality and outcomes.
- Embrace new ideas and manage competing priorities.
