Job summary

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution seeks an experienced RN for part-time, flexible assignments across hospital locations and regions. You will float as needed, apply standard nursing processes, and work autonomously within your licensure and scope of practice to deliver quality care.

Expect premium pay, diverse practice settings, ongoing learning opportunities, and support for licenses/certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• 2+ years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties.
• Credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC).

Responsibilities

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Apply professional practice elements: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Demonstrate agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing priorities.
