Job summary

FirstChoice – Trinity Health is seeking experienced RNs for part-time day shift mobile staffing across multiple locations. Positions involve floating to various hospital sites within the system and regions, with flexible scheduling and premium pay.

The role emphasizes independent practice within licensure, collaboration for quality outcomes, and ongoing credential maintenance. Travel and per diem opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18 months of recent Med/Surg, Telemetry or PCCU experience.
• 2 years for all other specialties including CC, Surgical, Maternal, ED, BH.
• Credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, PALS); BLS/ACLS/PALS via AHA.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Act independently within license and scope of practice.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and diverse practice settings.
