Job summary

Trinity Health’s FirstChoice RN travel program seeks experienced Registered Nurses for flexible, premium pay assignments across the system. RNs float to various hospital locations and regions, delivering expert care within licensed scope and collaborating on quality improvements.

Opportunities include 403B participation, license/certification reimbursements, and daily pay options, with 13-week assignments at multiple settings nationwide.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months recent Med Surg, Tele and PCU experience.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience for all other specialties.
• Credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate in practice.
• Act independently within license, scope of knowledge and experience.
• Delegate, decide and own outcomes with accountability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Adapt to new ideas and manage competing priorities.
• Embrace diversity and cultural differences while balancing priorities.
