Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Pediatric Orthopedic RN for a night shift position in Missouri. Requires pediatric or orthopedic nursing experience and PALS certification.

Travel pairs are welcome; local candidates at same pay rate. 36 hours/week guaranteed; 3x12 hour nights; weekend work; no on-call. Active MO RN license or compact license, BLS and PALS (AHA) are required; EPIC EMR and Cerner charting experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active MO RN license or compact license in hand at time of application.
• Current BLS and PALS certifications (AHA only).
• Minimum one year of pediatric and/or orthopedic nursing experience required.
• References required, can be pending at time of consideration.

Responsibilities

• Pediatric Orthopedic unit, may also work with pediatric surgery patients
• Patient ratios of 1:3-1:4
• Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts (6:45pm-7:15am)
• Weekend work required
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating required outside of scope
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Provide nursing care to pediatric orthopedic patients, including those undergoing surgery
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
• Previous employees are eligible to return
• Travel pairs are welcome to apply together
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• RTO must be submitted at time of consideration
