American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a PICU RN with dual critical care and hematology/oncology experience for a 12-hour shift position in New Hampshire. Requires NH or Compact RN licensure and current ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications.

The role supports a 19-bed pediatric unit with diverse specialties, working with a team of 4 PICU RNs per shift and Epic Beacon charting. Traumatic and pediatric-oncology experience preferred; on-site care only.

Formación

• Active RN license (NH or Compact) required.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
• Recent Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required.
• Extensive experience caring for pediatric hematology/oncology patients and familiarity with pediatric cancer therapies required.
• Must be well-versed in caring for a wide range of pediatric diagnoses and specialties.
• Comfortable working within a smaller care team.

Responsabilidades

• Work in a 19-bed integrated pediatric unit caring for patients from birth through 18 years of age.
• Unit includes 5 PICU beds, 7 step-down beds, 7 med-surg beds, and 1 treatment room.
• Services all 23 specialties within the children's hospital with varying acuity and patient complexity.
• May be assigned to staff either the critical care unit or hem/onc unit based on census.
• Works alongside a team of 4 PICU RNs per shift.
• 12-hour AM-PM shifts (07:00-19:00) with day/night rotation or nights only option.
• 48 weekly hours.
• Uses Epic's Beacon platform for charting.
• Provide critical care or hematology/oncology nursing care depending on unit staffing needs.
• Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position.
