Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Plano, TX, working 40 hours per week on the night shift in the PCU. The role requires one year of Stepdown RN experience, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitors cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data and responds to changes.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care.
• Prepares equipment and assists physicians during cardiac-related procedures.
• Maintains patient safety, comfort, and monitoring of telemetry patients.
• Documents patient status and notifies clinicians of changes in cardiac status.
