Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the PCU - Progressive Care Unit in Johnstown, PA. This 13-week travel assignment offers 36 hours per week on a nights, 12-hour shift, with start ASAP. The role requires one year of Stepdown RN experience, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications.

Preferred PCCN and NIHSS certifications; other licenses may be required. You will provide telemetry monitoring, administer medications, assist with cardiac procedures, and collaborate

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets telemetry data and vital signs; responds to abnormalities.
• Administers prescribed medications and cardiac-focused treatments.
• Prepares equipment and assists physicians during cardiac procedures.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team for telemetry patient care.
