Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a 13-week assignment in Mechanicsville, Virginia. This role offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights, and a chance to deliver high-acuity patient care while exploring new locations.

Requirements include one year of Stepdown RN experience, current RN license, BLS and ACLS. PCCN and NIHSS certifications are preferred; join a supportive clinical team with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Monitors cardiac rhythms and telemetry data; responds to abnormalities.
• Administers medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care.
• Aids physician during cardiac procedures and examinations.
• Maintains comfort and safety for telemetry patients.
• Documents nursing history and assessments; communicates patient status.
