Job summary

Express Healthcare Staffing of Miami seeks an experienced RN for a 13-week travel assignment in the PCU in North Carolina. Shifts are 12 hours, nights, totaling 36 hours per week, with a supportive team of RNs, CNAs, and HUCs.

Required ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and Neuro/Trauma care experience; Cerner EMR proficiency preferred. Expect a competitive pay package with a tax-free stipend; travel and housing arrangements may be included.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• NIHSS certification is required.
• Neuro and Trauma care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Neuro and spinal checks.
• C-Collar placement and TLSO braces.
• Chest tube management and PCA pump administration.
• IV infusions and blood transfusions.
• Lumbar drain management.
• Team-based care with RN/CNAs and HUCs.
