Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse for a PCU assignment in High Point, NC. This 13-week travel RN position requires 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, with immediate start and a focus on progressive care patient monitoring.

The PCU RN will monitor cardiac data, stabilize patients, and perform procedures such as IV starts and dressing changes. Start date is 09/28/2026 with 1-year prior acute care experience preferred; NIH certifications may be required prior to assignment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience required.
• PCU/step-down or telemetry experience preferred.
• RN licensure in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and stabilize cardiac patients.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs continuously.
• Administer and document medications and IV infusions.
• Operate and adjust monitoring equipment as needed.
