Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a 13-week travel assignment in Decatur, GA. The position features 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and travel employment with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

As a Stepdown RN, you will monitor telemetry, administer treatments, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, patient-centered care for patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical units.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets telemetry data and vital signs.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments with cardiac focus.
• Documents patient data and notifies physician of changes.
• Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team for safe, patient-centered care.
