Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Vineland, New Jersey.

The PCU RN will monitor cardiac and other vitals, handle step-down care, and support 13-week assignments with 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts. Requires 1–2 years of recent acute care experience and BLS/ACLS/NIH certifications.

Travel nurses must stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety.

Qualifications

• Requirements*: BLS, ACLS, NIH, 2 Years

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care; stabilize critical cardiac patients.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications.
• Monitor equipment and interpret electronic displays.
• Initiate corrective actions based on monitoring data.
