Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week assignment in Honesdale, PA. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of recent acute care experience and will work 12-hour nights, covering 36 hours per week.

As a PCU nurse, you will monitor cardiac and other vital signs, titrate medications, and provide bedside care. ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications are required, and travel benefits include weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications required.
• 2 years of recent acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and monitor patient status.
• Stabilize and manage acute cardiac conditions as needed.
• Administer medications and document responses.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and electronic monitors.
• Titrate IV medications and respond to changes in patient condition.
