Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for a PCU assignment in Thornton, Colorado. The role is an onsite contract with 13 weeks duration, night shift from 7pm to 7am, and a 24-bed unit supporting post-operative and telemetry care.

Brand new state-of-the-art unit, ADA/Bari rooms within room Hoyer lifts (x2), great unit culture with excellent teamwork and collaboration, and wide range of nursing experience. Variety of patient population (elective ortho, spine, GYN surgeries), elective Cath lab procedures (post PCI, post pacemaker, ablation, cardioversion, re-vascularization patients), stroke, CIWA, chest pain, renal failure, respiratory failure, set rate for cardiac drips (non-titrating except heparin) etc. Modified self-scheduling process, schedules post 3 weeks in advance leaving plenty of time for finding trades for any scheduling issues
