Job summary
Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Salem, Massachusetts.
The PACU RN provides specialized post-anesthesia care for adult, pediatric and geriatric patients, supporting a range of surgical disciplines. Candidates must have 5+ years of PACU experience, ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications, and EPIC EMR proficiency. This assignment features 36 hours per week across 12-hour day/evening shifts, with travel benefits.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license to practice.
- ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications required.
- Minimum 5 years of PACU RN experience.
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized post-anesthesia care for adult, pediatric and geriatric patients.
- Monitor and stabilize patients recovering from surgery or procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical teams and care staff to ensure safe recovery.
