Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Progressive Care Unit RN for a travel assignment in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on high-acuity patient care, telemetry, and collaborative team-based nursing in a fast-paced PCU setting.

Requirements include an active RN license, current BLS, telemetry experience, and the ability to manage higher-acuity patients. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with Day Shift hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for PCU patients.
• Monitor patients requiring cardiac monitoring and higher-level care.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate treatment plans.
• Recognize changes in patient condition and escalate care appropriately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families throughout the care process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and promote safe patient outcomes.

What You'll Need
